Participation Rules for the Walk of Trees: Entry Payment: Complete payment for entry (includes sign) upon receipt of the invoice by November 8th. Logo Submission: Send your business logo to chamber@hamiltonchamberofcommerce.org by November 8th. Tree Location: Tree choice/location is on a first come, first serve basis. You must pick up your sign at the chamber office during a time frame that will be announced, and you will use the sign to claim your tree. Tree Decorations: Only use items that can be easily removed. No flocking, paint, or permanent alterations allowed. Tree Purchase Option: If you'd like to keep the tree for future events, contact the Chamber office for purchase details. Power Guidelines: No plug-in items are permitted. Solar-powered decorations are allowed. Right to Reject if Inappropriate: You agree and understand that submission may be rejected if deemed inappropriate for family viewing by the Hamilton Area Chamber of Commerce. Hamilton Area Chamber of Commerce reserve the right to ask a display to be removed. Terms and Conditions: The Chamber reserves the right to modify these terms as needed.
